Step 3 in the IT Executive Coaching process is based on an assessment of recommended goals. Based on the information collected, I establish coaching goals in areas such as verbal and written communication, management style, leadership, and job knowledge.
The results of a 360 degree feedback will be used in combination with my conclusions to develop an action plan. This action plan will include two key development goals, and those goals will be tied to a business project. We will identify activities for each goal, and then we will engage the participant’s manager for feedback.
